True Touch Strengthens Organizational Capabilities and Trust Reaffirms Leadership with 3 International Standards ISO 18295-1:2017, ISO 10002:2018, and ISO 10004:2018 and an Excellence Award from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB). for Its Consumer Assistance and Complaint Center.

     Bangkok, 9 July 2025True Touch Co., Ltd., Thailand’s leading customer experience management solution provider, led by Mrs. Suphavadee Trakulboon, President (6th from the left in the back row) and Mr. Tomonori Okazaki , Chief Operating Officer (5th from the left in the back row) have been awarded the ISO 18295-1:2017 certification by the Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) (MASCI), represented by Mr. Jongrak Rojanpalasatein, Director MASCI (4th from the right in the back row). This certification reflects True Touch’s commitment to excellence in contact center management, adhering to globally recognized standards and processes – consistently meeting customer needs and striving to exceed expectations. 

In addition, True Touch has also received two more international certifications related to customer satisfaction management: 

  • ISO 10002:2018 – Customer Complaints Management System 
  • ISO 10004:2018 – Customer Satisfaction Monitoring and Measurement 

     True Touch was also honored with a Certificate of Excellence for its Consumer Complaint and Resolution Center, awarded by the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), with Mr. Thitinan Singha, Deputy Secretary-General (6th from the right in the back row), presenting the certificate and extending his congratulations. 

     Mr. Titinan Singha, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), emphasized that when consumers encounter issues and seek assistance, timely and effective support from service providers plays a vital role in restoring satisfaction. Resolving complaints not only enhances customer experience but also fosters repeat business and long-term engagement. This mutual benefit across all stakeholders ultimately contributes to sustainable consumer loyalty. 

     Mr. Jongrak Rojanpalasatein, Director MASCI, extended his congratulations and expressed great pride in True Touch Co., Ltd. for achieving certification under ISO 18295-1:2017. He emphasized that while certification is a significant milestone, the true challenge lies in maintaining service excellence and adherence to the standards. He also noted that the company’s commitment to two additional standards—focused on customer satisfaction management and complaint resolution—reinforces consumer confidence that their issues will be effectively addressed.
